Welcome to our Garden Maintenance services in Elephant and Castle. Before engaging our services, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By hiring us, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Our garden maintenance services include:
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Pruning and hedging
- Weeding and planting
- Garden clean-up
- Seasonal planting and decoration
Additional services may be provided upon request and subject to availability.
2. Service Agreement
By entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to the following:
Duration
The standard service agreement runs for a period of six months, with the option to renew or terminate upon mutual consent.
Scheduling
Services are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on the client’s preference. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Late payments may incur a surcharge of 5% per month.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effective delivery of our services, clients are expected to:
- Provide clear access to the garden area
- Inform us of any specific garden care instructions
- Secure any pets or notify us of animal presence
- Maintain a safe environment free from hazards
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to perform our services safely and effectively, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
We are responsible for:
- Accidental damage directly caused by our team
- Ensuring the safety of our staff and your property during service hours
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the garden
- Ensuring that the garden is accessible and free from unexpected hazards
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s service.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or other agreed communication channels.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, clients are obligated to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon third party.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected during the service will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing garden maintenance services.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Garden Maintenance services are provided.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our Garden Maintenance services in Elephant and Castle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
